E-Commerce Business Management Trainee

What Will You Do?

• Plan, set up, and manage promotional and seasonal campaigns in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Content, CRM, Performance Marketing, and IT to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor campaign performance and landing pages on a daily basis, proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
• Localize and translate campaign content where necessary to ensure relevance across different regions and languages.
• Manage campaign listings and implement visual and content updates across landing pages and relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and new campaign opportunities.
• Track key campaign and sales performance indicators and provide insights to support business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, data filtering, basic formulas, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and support decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
